The construction of a home is associated with complex decisions that depend on a variety of factors as well as the amount of memory allocated for the construction of the house. This is also true when we are considering a rebuilding, either because of a family expansion or because of a desire for change. Even in economically unstable times, renovating our home can be a refreshing new start, because creating a new environment that offers greater comfort and happiness is possible even without a great deal of investment.
As Albert Einstein once said, "the crisis is the birth of inventiveness, discovery and great strategies, creativity".
The first step in building or remodeling our home is to consider what space we have at our disposal: the square footage of each room, what we use it for, and how we want to connect it to each other is crucial. The purpose of each room is crucial to the choice of the materials that are best suited to it and therefore best come into its own. Also, the decoration style, which depends on the possibilities offered by the different rooms, we must consider from the beginning.
Many of these questions can be solved by choosing a specific material for the floor and wall cladding, and by deciding on a particular tonality of color that we want to give to a room, or for a specific lighting to achieve the desired effect.
The choice of lighting, materials, furnishings and accessories for our living space depends on our needs and our personality and make this home our home, a space we have created and in which we feel comfortable, our personal oasis.
